At approximately 109,973 miles, the Tucson received a replacement A/C compressor, A/C leak check and refrigerant recharge.

Later in 2024, CARFAX documents brake service, drivetrain inspection and wheel bearing/hub replacement.

Our inspection found that the rear windows were inoperative from the driver's master switch.

Rather than leave that inconvenience for the next owner, we're replacing the master window switch.

TIRES AND BRAKES LOOK GOOD

All four tires measured approximately 6/32" tread depth during our current inspection and were set to 35 PSI.

One rear tire had a nail, so we dismounted it, cleaned the rim and performed a proper internal patch/plug repair.

As noted above, brake measurements came in at approximately 8mm front and 7mm rear.
