FRESH CVT TRANSMISSION SERVICE

This is one of the most important things we've done to this Subaru.

We performed a complete CVT drain-and-fill service using 7.5 quarts of full-synthetic CVT fluid, along with BG Transmission Quick Clean and BG CVT Plus conditioner.

On a 126K-mile Subaru, transmission maintenance matters. We'd much rather service the CVT before the sale than leave the next owner wondering when it was last done.

And this isn't the first documented transmission service. CARFAX also shows the transmission fluid was changed at 105,520 miles in January 2024, along with front and rear differential fluid service.

NEW BATTERY

Our inspection resulted in replacement of the battery with a new NAPA battery before sale.

That's another common wear item the next owner doesn't immediately have to worry about.

A/C SERVICED

The A/C wasn't performing as well as we wanted.

Our technician recovered approximately 13.3 ounces from a system with an 18-ounce capacity, addressed the service valves, evacuated the system and recharged it with R-134a.

Interestingly, CARFAX also shows the A/C compressor was replaced at 101,056 miles in August 2023.

GOOD PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE

This Crosstrek has some worthwhile work already documented in its history.

At 100,717 miles, it received a substantial round of maintenance and repairs including:

• Four tires
• Four-wheel alignment
• Front brake pads and rotors
• Rear brake pads and rotors
• Front struts
• Engine and cabin air filters
• Oil and filter change

That is significant maintenance to already have behind the vehicle.

Earlier records also show years of regular servicing at Groove Subaru, including oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, filters and brake work.

TWO-OWNER COLORADO HISTORY

This Crosstrek has been in Colorado since new.

The first owner purchased it in 2014 and kept it for approximately 9 years, averaging about 11,137 miles per year.

The second owner purchased it in 2023 and averaged approximately 9,038 miles per year.

CARFAX DAMAGE DISCLOSURE
